Established in August 1994, Yuyao Wansheng Refrigerator Parts Factory is a privately owned manufacturer specializing in components and accessories for refrigerators and freezers.

Its product range includes appliance switches, terminal boxes, screw-base lamp holders, LED thermostat covers, standard thermostat covers, and various plastic components, serving the needs of the refrigeration and appliance industries.

Located in Simen Town, Yuyao City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, the factory benefits from a strategic location in the Yangtze River Delta, one of China’s major economic and manufacturing regions.

With convenient access to major cities, the factory is approximately 1.5 hours by car from Ningbo, Hangzhou, and Shanghai via the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge, providing excellent transportation and logistical advantages.

With a 10,000 m² factory, including 8,000 m² of production facilities, Wansheng has an annual production capacity equivalent to 8 million refrigerator and freezer units.

Under the “Wansheng” brand, the company offers a wide range of refrigerator and freezer components, including appliance switches, terminal boxes, screw-base lamp holders, LED thermostat covers, standard thermostat covers, and various plastic components. The product range covers more than 10 series and over 60 varieties and specifications.

The factory has successively passed ISO 9001 International Quality Management System Certification, CQC China Quality Certification, CE Certification, Swedish S Certification, and National Explosion-Proof Certification, and its products comply with the requirements of the RoHS Directive. The factory has successively been awarded the honorary titles of China Quality AAA Credit Enterprise, Zhejiang Province Enterprise Honoring Contracts and Keeping Promises, Advanced Private Enterprise of Yuyao City, and Advanced Collective of Simen Town.

The factory currently has more than 100 employees and is divided into two main departments: the Technical and Quality Department and the Production and Operations Department. Under these departments are the Development Department, Quality Inspection Section, Purchasing Department, Sales Department, Finance Department, and four production workshops for injection molding, stamping, PCB production and assembly.

The main production equipment includes injection molding machines, tilting presses, fully automatic stamping machines, fully automatic screw-base lamp holder riveting machines, ultrasonic welding machines, and other supporting equipment. Injection molding is carried out using highly efficient automated production lines, which save human resources and improve production efficiency. Throughout the product manufacturing process, the company strictly follows the ISO 9001 standard. Every component is handled with great care, from material selection, processing, assembly to testing. Each production process is strictly inspected and carefully controlled at every stage to ensure that the products delivered to customers meet the specified requirements.
