Changzhou Jinxi Titanium Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is located in the scenic Yangtze River Delta region. It is one of China’s earliest private enterprises specializing in the independent R&D and manufacturing of thin-wall titanium welded tubes.

The company has more than 80 employees, including dozens of R&D and technical professionals, and operates 26 fully automated welded tube production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 3,000 tons.

As a Changzhou High-Tech Enterprise, Jinxi Titanium has obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification and the Titanium and Titanium Alloy Production License issued by China’s General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. The company can manufacture titanium welded tubes in various specifications, with outer diameters ranging from 6.35 to 219 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 3.0 mm.

To ensure consistent product quality, the company has introduced advanced testing equipment, including ultrasonic flaw detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, digital universal testing machines, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing equipment, and thickness gauges. • Low Thermal Conductivity: Titanium has low thermal conductivity—approximately 1/5 that of carbon steel and 1/25 that of copper.
