The Shangfeng brand originated from the Shangyu Fan Factory established in 1974. It underwent a joint-stock reform in 1993, leading to the establishment of Zhejiang Shangfeng Industrial Co., Ltd., which completed its IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2000, becoming the first listed company in Shangyu and the first in the fan industry. In 2013, Shangyu Special Purpose Fan Co., Ltd. (founded in 2004) and Shangfeng joined forces in a strong alliance. The company was renamed and established as Zhejiang Shangfeng Special Blower Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2020, dedicated to becoming a respected and trusted domestic leader as a high-end equipment manufacturer and integrated service provider.
Zhejiang Shangfeng Special Blower Industrial Co., Ltd. currently owns two major fan brands: "Shangfeng" and "Special Blower (Zhuanfeng)", and possesses the capability for independent production of high-end fans and supporting equipment. The company's main business includes the R&D, production, and sales of various axial fans, centrifugal fans, cabinet fans, mixed flow fans, subway/tunnel fans, magnetic suspension blowers, single-stage high-speed blowers, multi-stage centrifugal blowers, cooling tower dedicated fans, air handling units (AHUs), fresh air handling units (FAHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), air conditioning units, various cooling towers, and related accessories including air outlets/exhaust grilles, dampers, smoke exhaust dampers, fire dampers, control boxes, various impedance silencers, industrial silencers, acoustic enclosures, noise barriers, as well as HVAC system equipment integration, detailed design of silencers, energy-saving fan and system retrofits, waste heat and waste pressure power generation system integration, full life-cycle management system integration for fans and rotating equipment, and high-tech products like marine winches, cranes, and windlasses.
The company has a registered capital of over RMB 100 million, production bases covering an area of over 100,000 square meters, and currently employs more than 900 people. It boasts comprehensive production equipment, excellent technical processes, and complete inspection methods.
