Spain International HVACR Exhibition 2023 (C&R 2023) was grandly opened on 14th November in Madrid, Spain, gathering global industry elites in an unprecedented manner. The first day of the exhibition attracted thousands of global audiences to the site of the exhibition to purchase and share opinions, which was quite lively. The exhibition was considered by international entrepreneurs to be the most cost-effective way to enter the European market, and it was expected that 40,000 visitors would come to the exhibition within four days.

C&R 2023 brought together nearly 400 companies from all over the world.

The exhibition covered a wide range of exhibitors. In addition to many competitive exhibitors in Europe and the United States, a total of 379 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions around the world gathered on the scene, which, compared with the last exhibition, increased by 98.5%. Except from Spain's own exhibitors from Germany, Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Turkey and Uzbekistan, and other countries, 177 foreign companies took a part in the event, including well-known companies like Daikin, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, BITZER, CALEFFI, CAREL, Tewis, Sophia, KOOLAIR, COMPACT, REFRICOMP, TROX, BRASELI, INTARCON, Thermokey, BAXI, Servoclima, Swegon, ABN, Aircal. 80 Chinese exhibitors, including Midea, Gree, Haier, Hisense, Aux, Sanhua, Huaguang, Shenling, Aucma, Zhongda, VANGL, Jinlong, etc., among which there were more than 20 companies specializing in heat pumps, presenting a wonderful and spectacular visual feast for the global audience.

RACC organized the largest exhibition group in the event, joined by Aux, Jinlong, MAX ALUMINIUM, Macon, Samyou, GMICOU, Zhongda, FANSHUN, Aier and other more than 30 Chinese companies, attracting a large number of visitors to come to ask about the products, and establish cooperation. All parties involved were satisfied with the fruitful results of obtaining a lot of overseas customer lists.

The 3rd stop of RACC2024 global promotion enhanced the international influence of the exhibition in Spain and Europe

This exhibition was the 3rd stop of RACC2024 global promotion, where the RACC organizing committee set up a booth (7-D17) to promote its’ exhibition concept to all the enterprises and visitors involved, as well as invited more upstream and downstream enterprises in the field of heat pumps to come to RACC2024 for purchase and better idea exchanges.

At C&R 2023, we distributed more than 2,000 brochures through face-to-face communication, and many of our customers have expressed that they were looking for the good opportunity of holding an international refrigeration exhibition in China. They also said they would be very happy to come to China for purchasing in October next year, and they expected to strengthen the cooperation with Chinese suppliers. What’s more, the VIP buyers appreciated that the organizing committee provided them with free food, accommodation in five-star hotels and transportation service during the exhibition, which made their stay and purchase in China far more convenient.

European heat pump market, unlimited business opportunities

According to the online data of the industry, the value of exports of China's air source heat pump industry reached 3.45 billion yuan in the first half of 2022, a year-on-year increase of 68.2%. Among the top exporting countries in the first half of 2022, Italy, Poland, Australia, and Spain saw a year-on-year growth of more than 50%. In 2021, sales volume of the Spanish heat pump market (heat pumps and water heaters) (148,000 units, up 16% year-on-year) ranked among the top four in Europe. Under the circumstance of Europe's energy shortage, China's air source heat pump exports were expected to usher in explosive growth. According to Cinda Securities calculations, the scale of European market household heat pump market would reach 37.73 million units, coupled with the demand for commercial and industrial heat pumps, it was expected that the long-term market demand for heat pumps in the European market would be more than 40 million units, corresponding to the market size of more than 400 billion euros. Not only Midea, Vanward, Gree, Haier, Hisense and many other home appliance companies were increasing their export of air source heat pumps, said Zhou Nan.

From 23rd to 25th October 2024, 2024 China International Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration and Cold Chain Expo will be held in Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Centre.
